Nuclear Power Plant Company Bangladesh Limited (An Enterprise of Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission). Nuclear Power Plant Company Bangladesh Limited (NPCBL) is inviting applications from Bangladeshi Citizens for appointment as per following description:

• Educational Qualification: BSc Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• from any Government & UGC recognized university.

• Name of the Post: Executive Trainee (Electronics)
• No. of Post: 11
• MSc/BSc (4 years) in Applied Physics & Electronics or BSc
  Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from
  any Government & UGC recognized university.

3.

• Name of the Post: Executive Trainee (Chemistry)
• No. of Post: 08
• MSc' BSc (4 years) in Chemistry from any Government &

  UGC recognized university.

4.

• Name of the Post: Medical Officer
• No. of Post: 02
• MBBS from any recognized Medical College and registered

  with Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BM&DC).

5.

• Name of the Post: Junior Executive Trainee (Electronics)
• No. of Post: 03
• Diploma-in- Engineering in Electronics Technology from

  any Government recognized institution.

6.

• Name of the Post: Junior Executive Trainee (Environment & Social Unit)
• No. of Post: 03
• BSc in Environmental Science from any Government

  recognized institution.

Other Eligibility Criteria:

• GPA/CGPA at least 4.00 out of 5.00 or at least 3.00 out of 4.00 in all Public Exams
• Excellent Communication Skills and fluency in spoken and written both in Bangla and English languages 
• Well Conversance in Computer Applications, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point. Unicode Typing, etc.,
• Maximum Age Limit is 30 years (relax able up to 32 years for descendants of freedom-fighters) as on.

Salary, Benefits and other Conditions:

1. Initial 2 (two) years will be treated as Probationary Period which may be extended.

2. Upon successful completion of Probationary Period and based on the results of trainings and/or performance evaluations, an Executive Trainee, a Medical Officer and a Junior Executive Trainee will be appointed in the regular employment for the post of Assistant Manager or equivalent at Grade-8, Medical Officer or equivalent at Grade-8 and Sub-Assistant Engineer or Sub-Assistant Manager or equivalent at Grade-10 respectively.

3. Working Station will be at any Nuclear Power Plant of Bangladesh or at any place to be determined by NPCBL

4. During Probationary Period, an Executive Trainee will be entitled to Consolidated Pay and Festival Allowances; Consolidated Pay per month shall be Taka 35,600/ (Thirty-Five Thousand Six Hundred) for an Executive Trainee or a Medical Officer, while Taka 27,100/- (Twenty-Seven Thousand One Hundred) for Junior Executive Trainee.

5. Upon regular employment of NPCBL, Salary and Benefits shall comprise Basic Pay, Residential Accommodation (or House Rent Allowance @ 40%-60% of basic pay if Residential Accommodation cannot be provided) and Project Allowance/Power Plant Allowance @ 40% of basic pay (if applicable), and Leave

Encashment. Contributory Provident Fund. Group Insurance. Gratuity and some other fringe benefits as applicable as per NPCBL Rules and Policies Basic Pay shall be Taka 62.400/- (Sixty Two Thousand Four Hundred) for Grade-8 and Taka 48.000/- (Forty-Eight Thousand) for Grade-10.

6. At the time of joining, an incumbent will be required to submit a Signed Surety Bond that he/she shall serve NPCBL for at least 10 (ten) years from joining date and if he/she leaves NPCBL willingly before completion of 10 (ten) years of service with NPCBL then he/she shall be liable to pay to NPCBL the total money spent for him/her by NPCBL/Government of Bangladesh /any other authority.

7. At the time of joining at NPCBL, an incumbent will be required to submit Declaration regarding Confidentiality and Security and a declaration that if at any time he/she is found to be harmful for the security of the company or of the state or of the government or of any NPP then the authority may take any legal action including immediate termination of service without any compensation.

Application and Selection Procedure:

1. Interested candidates must apply through -Online Application Form" wherein, required information along with scanned photograph and signature of the candidate shall have to be uploaded. The Online Application Form will be available at http://npcbl.teletalk.com.bd during the application period from 13.03.2024 to

04.04.2024 (until 11:59 PM).

2. Each Applicant must pay Non-refundable Tk 500/- (Taka Five Hundred) through SMS from any Teletalk Mobile Connection in accordance with necessary instructions mentioned in http://npcbl.teletalk.com.bd for confirming application.

3. Candidates will be selected through written and viva voce tests/exams, proper scrutiny of relevant documents and upon obtaining necessary security clearance Candidates having foreign degree must submit Equivalence Certificate from UGC, at the time of interview. No TADA will be provided for attending the exams.

4. Persuasion of any kind will disqualify a candidate.
